Data download as well as any usage the corporate insignia is allowed only in the following cases:

• Logos and naming can only be used for information messages from publishers/journalists
• At the time of the data download, the user must already be stated as an exhibitor. This extends throughout the entire period of the insignia application
• The insignia user must comply with the original design and prevent any alterations such as color distortion (minor shades in printed versions are possible in some cases)
• If the user is a potential exhibition exhibitor, the insignia usage can only be done with the reference to their future participation in the exhibition “denkmal — Moscow”.
• The insignia usage for purposes not mentioned above by third parties is prohibited.

Requirement violation entails administrative penalties and, in case of copyright infringement, sanctions in accordance with Article 146 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
