Pavlina Yudina

Head of Department of restoration programs of the Committee for the State Preservation of Historical and Cultural Monuments of St. Petersburg (KGIOP). She has been working at KGIOP since 2007, and is currently responsible for development of programs for preservation, state protection and raising awareness of cultural heritage sites of St. Petersburg.
She was directly involved in launch of St. Petersburg program “Ruble for Meter” – lease-out of cultural heritage sites on preferential terms – as well as programs for preservation of cultural heritage sites that are used as residential buildings.
Since 2015, she has been a board member of non-profit organization “Foundation – Regional Operator of Major Repairs of Common Property in Apartment Buildings”.
Since 2010, she has been co-organizing St. Petersburg’s exposition at DENKMAL European Specialized Exhibition for Conservation, Restoration and Old Building Renovation.
