The history of the college began on May 25, 1944 with the foundation of the school of the Federal Law No. 16, in which builders were trained. Since 1990, the college has been training in the programs of a construction restorer, a Modeler of architectural details, and since 2021 - in the specialty Restoration. Every year college graduates are employed at restoration enterprises. Today, the college is a modern complex with a well-equipped educational and production base, which has been significantly updated over the past 3 years. Annually Teaching staff of the college regularly participate in seminars, conferences, creative exhibitions and competitions, are published in special publications, undergo advanced training. The College actively develops international and interregional cooperation. College students successfully participate in professional skill competitions. In 2020, in the competition "The Best plasterer - 2020" - 3rd place, "Abilimpix" St. Petersburg - 2nd place; "Young Professionals" (WorldSkills Russia) - 5 gold medals, 4 silver medals, 1 bronze medal. The College cooperates with such specialized organizations as the NGO SRRO "Union of Restorers of St. Petersburg", NP "Rosregionrestavratsiya", LLC "Restoration Workshop "Heritage", LLC "Restoration and construction Company "ORDER".
