Since 2016 the Federal Autonomous Institution «RosKapStroy» is functioning as a technical customer and construction control for the development and reconstruction of capital construction facilities. FAI «RosKapStroy» is a successor of the State Academy of Retraining and Skills Upgrading for Construction and Housing Communal Complex which had been carrying out educational activities since 1966. The Centre For the Preservation of Cultural Heritage was established in 2018 carrying out on a regular basis development and implementation of complex educational activities in the field of conservation-restoration of cultural heritage. FAI «RosKapStroy» has a license from the Ministry of Culture of Russia, according to which a full range of works for the conservation-restoration of cultural heritage objects can be performed
